Pastors in Churches in rural areas in non Western countries are willing and eager to “Make Disciples” but don’t know how. They have little or no training and live below the breadline BUT they are determined to carry out the Great Commission.

One of the fundamental keys to the future growth, influence and mission of the local church is the development of pastors and leaders.

Leaders develop because someone intentionally invests in them through training and mentoring.

You can be a “SENDER”. You can “send” labourers by sponsoring their training and equipping at a local affordable Bible school.

You can “send” labourers by sponsoring a Pastor.
